If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button and giving full details of the defect or other reason for return. We will then issue a returns autorisation RA. If you send goods to us without a returns note, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to attend to your complaint.

Bought our first bottle a month ago and have tried it for a while now. We're a couple and whilst we don't have heavy pains it did relieve the aches of normal physical activity, so we're liking it a lot right now and will continue to buy.

helped my neck pain

I have only just started on the new bottle I have been using the old stock which I was more than happy with. If Flexicose Plus is better I shall be happy. It has helped the degeneration in my neck that was causing me continuous migraine. I cannot stop the neck pain or repair the problem but the Flexicose has helped to reduce the migraine. As far as the company Liquidmax is concerned I have only praise the service is excellent - Many thanks

I have been using Flexicose for my labrador dog and have noticed a significant change in her attitude to activity - she is more interested in being active - also her gait is more 'fluid'. I am very pleased with the results of Flexicose Plus.

I purchased this for my dog who has some joint problems and he has improved heaps since first giving him Flexicose, he walks with a lot more ease now and is certainly a lot more active so helping him to loose a bit of weight as well. I recommend your product when appropriate and have tried it myself, I think the flavour is quite nice.

When I received my first bottle this year it looked lighter in colour and I thought it had been watered down.
I have been buying Liquamax for my 17 year old cat for two years now (15 then) and it took six weeks to notice any improvement.
But once it started to fully work,her movements have increased considerably.
She could hardly stand 2 years ago,but today she actually runs to me when I call her.
I count out twelve drops each morning and night and place it on her food.
I think she even prefers her food with it on.
She seems to love the taste and I doubt if she noticed the stronger taste at all.
You are probably not looking for an animal testimonial,
but I thought you might like to know that it certainly works on animals too.

Product worked wonders for my Arthritis and elbow pain. New taste could be improved tough I now take it with a sip of Milk and it's fantastic really tastes like a butter scotch milk shake.

My dog is nearly 7 and has arthritis in her hips. She has tried a variety of ‘natural’ arthritis supplements but nothing has been as effective and easy to dispense to her as Flexicose, and now Flexicose Plus. She just has the adult dose once a day and rarely has any stiffness, even first thing on a winter’s morning. A great discovery, and she is quite happy to ‘eat’ it, unlike tablets etc.

I’ve only just started using Flexicose Plus as I still had a supply of the old Flexicose.
It seems to work at least as well as the old product, but I won’t know if it is much better until I’ve been using it for a while.

I have been using Flexicose for over five years now, and have always found it effective. I had a lot of trouble with hip pain, which made it hard to sleep. Flexicose completely cured this, and as long as I keep using it regularly, the pain stays away. I don't quite understand why regular use is essential, as I thought its function was to facilitate the growth of cartilage, which should cushion the hips on its own.
I haven't noticed any change in the taste over the past few months. I have not used any other brand of glucosamine, and don't intend to as long as Flexicose continues to work for me and the price does not get too ridiculous.
